The IST-EC2 Partner Concettina Larosa from CPR, Italy attended the Euro-Southeast Asia 2006 ICT Cooperation Forum on Information & Communication Technologies (EUSEA2006 www.eusea2006.org) Conference and Exhibition, which took place in Singapore from 19th - 23rd June 2006 EUSEA2006 and visited CommunicASIA2006. She has been invited by the European Commission to hold a presentation at EUSEA2006 within the DG INFSO Training Sessions taking place on Monday 19th June  & Tuesday 20th June.

The Training Session - called "Participation to the European Commission's 7th Framework Programme for Research and Development - especially for participants from 3rd Countries" - was held by Morten Moller from the European Commission. Click here to retrieve information on the Training Session.

She held as well an IST-EC2 presentation "IST-EC2: Canada-Europe Collaboration in ICT Research & Technology Development" during a GET-IN-TOUCH Session which offered EUSEA2006 registered delegates an opportunity to showcase RTD activity in order to create co-operation and collaboration opportunities with other delegates on Tuesday June 20th.
