e-Infrastructure Information Day 6 February 2007 Brussels Belgium
IST-EC2 partner Maplehurst and the Canadian National Contact point for ICP attended the e-Infrastructure Information Day organized by DG INFSO Unit F3
The event focused on the following topics of the first call:
- Scientific Digital Repositories
- Deployment of e-Infrastructures for Scientific Communities
- Design studies for e-Infrastructures
- Preparatory phase for e-Infrastructures listed in the e2006 roadmap
It also provided forward-looking information on the following topics:
- e-Science Grid Infrastructures
- Studies, conferences and coordination actions supporting policy development, including international cooperation
- GEANT
- Scientific Data Infrastructure
