The Main Objectives of the Logman are:

- To organize and support activities related to the Bulgarian Higher Education in accordance with the Constitution of Republic of Bulgaria;

- To assist for development, democratization and humanization of the Bulgarian Higher Education and its rising toward the international requirements in the field of education;

- To adapt the Bulgarian Higher Education to all the international requirements and according to the process of transition in Bulgaria;

- To help to the new NGOs and their effective integration into Bulgaria�s Higher Education system;

- To support Varna region's need for well educated specialists.
